Invitation Letter for Visa

The official invitation letter will be available to ONLY those who have completed registration payments.

• Please complete the registration and contact HF Seoul 2023 Secretariat (hfs.secretariat@gmail.com) for the invitation letter.
• Any legal problems incurred by wrong information provided by participants are sole responsibility of the participant.
• The Letter is not a commitment on the part of the organizer to provide any financial support.

Notarized Letter

• If you need a notarized invitation letter for your visa to Korea, you have to send a copy of your passport to the secretariat (hfs.secretariat@gmail.com) after complete the registration with full payment.
• USD 50 will be charged for the notary service and air courier (EMS). Letters will be sent by airmail within a week after confirmation of your full payment.

* Please note that additional fee for the notarized letter is only available by bank transfer.
