How to Register

Please note that Heart Failure Seoul 2023 will be held as a format of in-person conference. (NOT Virtual conference.)

  2. Receive : Registration Acknowledgement
  3. Payment
  4. Receive : Confirmation of Registration
  5. Complete
  • Registration Acknowledgement will be sent to you via e-mail after your on-line registration.
  • After you complete your on-line registration, please visit 'My page'.
  • You can check the payment status of your registration at 'My page'.

* If you apply for CTC Asia 2023 when registering for Heart Failure Seoul 2023, only USD 10 will be added to the Heart Failure Seoul 2023 registration fee.

* CTC Asia 2023 is on a first-come, first-served basis.		 USD 20 USD 30
  • If on-line registration is not available, please contact the Secretariat at hfs.secretariat@gmail.com.
  • CTC Asia 2023 sessions will use STATA program.
    Participants are required to bring their own laptop.
    We will guide you on how to install that program on Sunday when the CTC Asia 2023 is held.

Credit Card
  • - Payment by credit card is possible only through the online registration system.
  • - All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
  • - The merchant name on your credit card statement will be 'KCP'.

  • - All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
  • - Please check if you have entered your email address correctly as all
      confirmation letters will be communicated via emails.

  • 3. Send the form to hfs.secretariat@gmail.com
  • 4. Complete the bank transfer
  • 5. Receive the confirmation of registration after secretariat check the payment.
  • 6. Complete

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail (hfs.secretariat@gmail.com).
  • All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.
  • Please refer to the above cutoff dates for cancellation.
