It is our pleasure to announce that The Heart Failure Seoul 2025 (HF Seoul 2025) with CTC Asia 2025 will be held from Thursday, September 11th to Sunday, September 14th, 2025 at the Grand Intercontinental Seoul Parnas Hotel in the central area, Gangnam-Gu, Seoul. We are excited to bring you the 22nd Annual Scientific Meeting of the Korean Society of Heart Failure (KSHF) in conjunction with Clinical Trials in HF Course (CTC) Asia 2025 with the HFA of the ESC, which provide the best heart failure science, basic/clinical research, nursing, practical management, social network opportunities, and interaction with heart failure specialists, moreover, educations and practical trainings about clinical trials and registry. In this meeting, we continue the second CTC Asia along with HFA-ESC collaborative project which provides a great opportunity for the young HF specialist in Asia to expand their capability on designing and performing clinical trials.
the HF Seoul 2025 Scientific Meeting has prepared and organized wide spectrum of sessions, including HFpEF with diverse phenotype, inflammatory heart disease, hypertrophic CMP, respiratory management of HF, TR with HF, right HF & PHT, sleep management, precision medicine & genomic research, HF device therapy, TTR-CA treatment, Heart transplantation, Electrical therapy in HF, LVAD, New drugs in HF, obesity and HF, hematologic problems, etc. We will invite associated domestic societies such as echocardiography, cardiac intervention, arrhythmia, thoracic surgery, pulmonary hypertension, vascular, digital heath, genetics, obesity, cardiogenic shock, and oncology to enhance multidiscipline approach and develop innovating ideas. In particular, we have joint sessions such as ESC-HFA, JHFS, HFSA, CHFA, and NIH, which might give insightful lectures by distinguished colleagues from overseas. Lastly, we are eager to provide educational lectures for HF nurses, primary physicians, house staffs and newbies, and promote awareness of HF.

Dear Colleagues, Friends, and Distinguished Guests,
On behalf of the Korean Society of Heart Failure, it is my great pleasure to welcome you to HF Seoul 2025, held in conjunction with CTC Asia 2025, from September 11 to 14, 2025, at the InterContinental Seoul Parnas, Korea.
Heart failure remains one of the most challenging and rapidly evolving fields in cardiovascular medicine. Under the theme of "Bridging Generations, Uniting Disciplines, Advancing Heart Failure Care", this year's joint congress brings together world-renowned experts, researchers, and clinicians to explore the frontiers of science and care in heart failure and related cardiomyopathies.
We are also proud to note that HF Seoul is rapidly emerging as a leading heart failure congress in Asia, attracting a growing number of both domestic and international participants and evolving into a truly global platform for academic exchange.
As part of this meeting, we are pleased to host the Clinical Trial Course (CTC) Asia on September 13-14, which aims to promote heart failure-related clinical research throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Through in-depth lectures and interactive sessions, the course will provide participants with both methodological insights and practical skills essential to the design and conduct of clinical trials.
Over the four days, we will engage in high-impact discussions on clinical trials, emerging therapies, digital health, and multidisciplinary approaches. The program also offers collaborative sessions with international societies, fostering knowledge exchange and global partnerships.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all organizing committee members, session chairs, speakers, and sponsors for their dedication and contributions.
We invite all heart failure physicians, hospital care physician, cardiology physician, cardiovascular surgeons, cardiac pediatricians, cardiac radiologists, heart failure nurse practitioners, heart transplant/LVAD coordinators, and clinical study coordinators from Korea, Asia, and the rest of the world who are interested in the treatment and research of heart failure patients to attend the HF Seoul 2025.
