Invitation Letter for Visa

The official invitation letter will be available to ONLY those who have completed registration payments.

• · Please complete the registration and contact HF Seoul 2025 Secretariat (info@kshfmeeting.org) for the invitation letter.
• · Any legal problems incurred by wrong information provided by participants are sole responsibility of the participant.
• · The Letter is not a commitment on the part of the organizer to provide any financial support.

Notarized Letter

• · If you need a notarized invitation letter for your visa to Korea, you have to send a copy of your passport to the
     secretariat (info@kshfmeeting.org) after complete the registration with full payment.
• · USD 50 will be charged for the notary service and air courier (EMS). Letters will be sent by airmail within a week after
     confirmation of your full payment.
• · Please note that additional fee for the notarized letter is only available by bank transfer.
