On-site Presentation Requirement

- All oral presenters are required to attend and present in person. Remote presentations will not be permitted.

Presentation Duration

Moderated Poster 1 & 2 & 3 Street HF Fighters

- Total time: 7 minutes

  • 4 minutes for the presentation
  • 3 minutes for Q&A

- Total time: 13 minutes

  • 8 minutes for the presentation
  • 5 minutes for Q&A

Language

- All presentations must be conducted in English, the official language of instruction for Heart Failure Seoul 2025
  with CTC Asia 2025.

Presentation File Preparation

  • - Prepare your presentation in English using MS PowerPoint (.pptx) with a 16:9 aspect ratio.
  • - The number of slides is strictly limited as follows:
    • Moderated Poster Presentations: up to 7 slides
    • HF Fighters Presentations: up to 15 slides
  • - Include your Disclosure Information on the first slide; this will be displayed before your presentation begins.
  • - All presenters must visit the Preview Room to check and upload their presentation file before the session starts.
  • - PowerPoint files must be submitted in advance at the Preview Room; on-site submission is mandatory.
