본 세션은 대한심부전학회 회원 간의 학술적 연계뿐 아니라 진로 및 인생 경험을 공유하는 멘토링 기회를 확대하기 위해 기획되었다. 연구 주제 기반의 실시간 멘토-멘티 매칭과 자유로운 소셜 매칭 두 가지 파트로 구성되며, 이를 통해 참가자는 단발성 만남이 아닌 후속 1:1 멘토링 또는 공동 연구 논의로 발전할 수 있는 실질적 출발점을 갖게 된다.
